awesome and very interesting, but "driying" the air out of its H2o would certainly bring unknown issues; we all know how dangerous it is to play with natural balances.
interesting, but as long as there's money involved through politics, this is just one more eco-friendly option thrown in the pile of sustainable energies that have been around since forever. None are free until all are free!!
