If you're talking about the black dot, than it's only an overexposed view of the sun. It becomes larger and smaller because of the clouds making it more or less visible. BUT... what interests me the most are those white lights visible at night. Awesome... and I don't believe there would be so many flights there so they can't be airplanes. Can they?
ReplyDeleteCan they? I don't know but they seem to be visible at many of these eruptions, I'm not an expert just seems strange, I mean planes can't fly into volcanic ash anyway!
ReplyDeleteYeah... you're right. They can't. but there are always comments like "ohhhh there is an airport there so nothing strange about that". Anyways... you have two different places where I can put comments on the same article. The first is on the "# comments" link under each of the articles on the main page. The second place is here in the article details. You probably would like people to comment more. Maybe you should work on this so the main page somment stats would be accurate and not misleading. Because we wrote 2 comments and the main page shows 0.

ReplyDeletegreat shot! 2 sattellites at 0"54 with one REALLY close!!! i saw one of these sphere right in front of me 10 years ago, and many many others, from a more far distance. i can tell they are real, to those who deny these orbs.
